My Testimony

Our Lord Jesus Christ told us that “narrow is the way to eternal life (HEAVEN) but broad is the road to destruction (HELL) (Matt 7:13-14)”. Before I truly surrendered, my all to the Lord I thought this was an absurd statement.

As I look back over my life I realize, my soul was wicked and should have been sent to eternal hellfire/damnation. Although I was born into sin I continued to practice unrepentant sin. Lying, ABORTION, fornication, sexual immorality, stealing, cursing, drunkenness, and lewdness was all a part of my daily life.

Can you believe, while I was living in the world (as a wicked sinner)? I still professed to be a devout Christian. Ironically everyone around me consulted me while I was living in my sins. They told me “you’re a great person and GOD knows your heart”. Did these same people know that the bible says our heart is wicked and deceitful? (Jer. 17:9)

Well, one day a few years ago I invited the Holy Spirit into my life. From that moment the veil that Satan had over my eyes were removed. (2nd Corinthians 4:4). The true gospel of Christ was revealed to me I was able to see beyond the natural. (1st Corinthians 2:14-16)

Each day I praise the Lord for saving me!

If he saved me He can save you too! Cry unto the Lord and humble yourself, he will do the rest. (Psalms 141:1,Psalms 57:2,Psalms 86:3,Psalms 22:5,Psalms 30:2,)

God Bless~

The Will of GOD

The Will of GOD

According to Eph 5:17, it is unwise if we do not understand what the Lords will is for our life.

While I was in prayer recently, I asked the Lord to show me his will for my life. His response was very quick “My will is in my word”. I committed myself to study the will of God according to his word, I found out his will not only for myself but all Christians. I decided to write this post to share what I have come to understand regarding God’s will.

Doing the will of God can be summed up in one word… OBEDIENCE! When you obey God’s word, you are doing the will of GOD. Your love for Jesus will cause you to obey his word John 14:15 (If ye love me, keep my commandments.)

We are advised in James 1:22 to not only be a hearer of the word but doers. We must be a Practitioner of God’s word. If we are hearers only, we are deceiving ourselves.

  • Psalm 40:8 I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.
Psalm 143:10 Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.

To know God’s will you must walk with him, build a relationship with GOD. This is done by reading the word daily, Prayer, Bible Study, Fasting, Worshipping. His promises, provisions and will are in his word.

Let’s look at some scriptures concerning God’s will for our lives:

Surrender: We are to present our body as a living sacrifice to God. (Surrender your all to GOD, your will, mind, emotions) You cannot be Lord over your life and expect Jesus to be Lord as well. You cannot serve two masters! You must surrender your all to the Lord. Romans 12:1

Renew Your Mind: Do not conform (fashion) to this world, but be transformed (metamorphose) by the renewing (renovation) of your mind this is the perfect will of GOD. Your mind is renewed in his word, this further shows the importance of reading Gods word. Romans 12:2

Suffering Servant: It is God’s will for us to suffer for well doing, rather than evil doing. 1st Peter 3:17
Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator. 1st Peter 4:19
For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? But if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God. 1st Peter 2:20

Pursue Holiness: We are to abstain (refrain) from fornication (porneia, harlotry, adultery, incest). Sanctification (Purity/Holiness), Know how to possess our vessel in sanctification and honour, God has not called us to unto uncleanness but unto holiness. 1st Thess 4:3-6

Joy, Praise, and Thanksgiving: Rejoice evermore, Pray without ceasing, and in everything give thanks! 1st Thess 5:16-18

Salvation: God is longsuffering toward us, it is not his will any should perish but that all should come to repentance. 2nd Peter 3:9
For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 1st Timothy 2:3-4
Live For Gods Glory: Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.1st Peter 4:12

These are only A few scripture’s concerning Gods will for our life. I encourage you to chase after the will of GOD. Make it your first priority (Matthew 6:33) But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness. Meditate on his word daily, we must meditate on his word to understand his will, promises, and provisions for our life.

I have provided some scriptural prayer points below:
Col 1:9 ~Pray to be filled with the knowledge of Gods will”
Col 4:12 “Pray to stand perfect and complete in all the will of GOD”
Heb 13:21 “Pray for the very GOD of peace, to make you perfect in every good work to do his will”

God Bless and Keep You All

Nuclear Dream (2014)

Nuclear dream (2014)

Very Brief Dream:

I was in A watch tower watching A man (who looked like Kim Jong Un) the only difference was he looked like a little boy. He had several buttons in front of him. I immediately focused my attention on the outside. When I looked there was a nuclear blast with the word MARTYR coming from the middle of the blast.

End of Brief Dream.

I am not entirely sure what the dream means, however, the dream recently came to mind and I felt led to share.

The Benefits Of GOD

Psalm 103:2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

Isn’t it a blessing to be a child of the Most High God? Think about all of the spiritual blessings and benefits he has for those who fear him. Recently I was reading Psalm 103 and I began to meditate on the benefits GOD supplies to his children. The most amazing thing about his benefits is GOD loads us daily. The Following verbs express the benefits of GOD: forgives, heals, redeems, crowns, and satisfies.

Let’s look at some of the benefits of the Lord:

·         God forgives ALL of our iniquities- (If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1st John 1:9)

·         God heals all of our diseases

·         He redeems our life from destruction and crowns us with lovingkindness and tender mercies

·         The Lord executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

·         He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

In Psalms 116:12 the psalmist asks an important question… What shall I render unto the Lord for all his benefits toward me? God is the creator of the universe, we can only offer him our bodies as a living Sacrifice. Offer the Lord the sacrifice of thanksgiving and call upon his name, most importantly obey GOD. Obedience is better than sacrifice, Jesus told us if we love him we will keep his commandments. I wanted to share this psalm with you all, take time to read it in your personal time and I pray it bless you as well.

Most importantly remember God’s benefits daily!

Our Authority with the Blood of Jesus (Prayer)

“Ephesians 1:7: Through the blood of Jesus, I am redeemed out of the hand of the devil. • Ephesians 1:7: Through the blood of Jesus, all my sins are forgiven. • 1 John 1:7: The blood of Jesus Christ, God’s Son, cleanses me continually from all sin. • Romans 5:9: Through the blood of Jesus, I am justified, made righteous, just-as-if-I’d never sinned. • Hebrews 13:12: Through the blood of Jesus, I am sanctified, made holy, set apart to God. • 1 Corinthians 6:19–20: My body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, redeemed, cleansed, sanctified by the blood of Jesus. Therefore, Satan has no place in me, no power over me, through the blood of Jesus. If you really believe those words, the next thing to do is to praise the Lord for it. Here is a word of praise that you might use: Thank You, God, for the precious blood of Jesus. Thank You for the redemptive blood of Christ. Thank You for the justifying, sanctifying, precious blood of the Lamb of God. Blessed be the name of the Lord. I praise You,”

Actual Prayer without scripture. This is us testifying on behalf of what the blood of Jesus does for us. Rev 12:10 says we overcome satan by the blood of JESUS and the word of our testimony.

“Through the blood of Jesus, I am redeemed out of the hand of the devil. Through the blood of Jesus, all my sins are forgiven. The blood of Jesus Christ, God’s Son, cleanses me continually from all sin. Through the blood of Jesus, I am justified, made righteous, just-as-if-I’d never sinned. Through the blood of Jesus, I am sanctified, made holy, set apart to God. My body is a temple for the Holy Spirit, redeemed, cleansed, sanctified by the blood of Jesus. Therefore, Satan has no place in me, no power over me, through the blood of Jesus. I renounce him, loose myself from him and command him to leave me in the name of Jesus. Amen.

“Jesus, for You paid the price of my redemption. You shed Your precious blood on the cross. You are the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. And now, Lord, I have taken the blood from the basin and transferred it to my own personal needs by the hyssop of my testimony. Amen.”

For those who are thinking about walking away from Christ!

There is someone who is considering turning their back on Jesus. My question for you is “To whom shall you go?” I know it may seem hard to follow JESUS, the world makes it seem boring or outdated to be a true born again Christian. This is why GOD called us OUT OF THE WORLD.

Remember sin is pleasurable for a season (Hebrews 11:25) but after we’ve enjoyed that sin there is always a consequence. Satans job is to make that which is detestable in the eyes of GOD seem fun/enjoyable. The wages of sin is still DEATH, it is better to suffer affliction with the people of GOD rather than receive the wrath of GOD. For the wrath of GOD is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men. (Romans 1:18)

If you are considering walking away from your Christian faith ask yourself “To whom shall you go?” Remember this life is temporal your reputation, money, cars, career and etc. will all perish but your soul will live for ETERNITY. Make sure you have assurance that you will be with the Lord forever.

Consider the words of Simon Peter….

John 6:66 (interestingly)

John 6:66 66From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.

67Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away?

68Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.

69And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.

In conclusion come back home to your first love, GOD hand is NOT short in saving you. He is forever married to the backslider but you have to Choose to wholeheartedly follow Christ. Our lives are NOT promised to us, PLEASE Consider following JESUS before its too late. His arms are open for you beloved allow him to shape you and mold you for his GLORY.

What does it mean to be born again?

What does it mean to be BORN AGAIN

Being born again is JESUS plan of salvation. In the scripture below JESUS tells us we cannot SEE the kingdom of GOD unless we are saved/born again. To be born again means to be saved. John 3:3 (Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.)

What should we be born again of? Water and of the Spirit John 3:4 (Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.)

Now we understand from the above scripture if we want to enter into the kingdom of GOD we MUST be born of water and of the Spirit. Jesus said without being born again we cannot see or enter the kingdom of God. In other words, we cannot be saved.

“What shall we do to be saved?” Acts 2:37-41

37Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? 38Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. 39For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. 40And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation. 41Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

Something I would like to point out from the above scripture, in verse 37 we see the unbelievers were pricked in their hearts. What pricked their hearts? The preaching of JESUS, when Peter preached to the crowd the preaching of the cross pricked the hearts of the unbelievers. At this point, they wanted to know “what shall we do to be saved”

Repentance is necessary for being born again, there are many who are teaching that repentance is NOT necessary for salvation. This is very dangerous and false doctrine. When a person truly repents, he dies out to his own will, renounces it forever, and vows to live from that time on according to the will of Jesus Christ.

Baptism is necessary for salvation as well. Romans 6:3-5 3Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? 4Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Infilling of the Holy Ghost According to Acts 2:38 to receive the Infilling of the Holy Ghost we must Repent, be baptized for the remission of sins and then we shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

What happens to those who doesn’t know GOD OR to those who doesn’t obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ? 2Thessalonians 1:7-9 7And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, 8In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: 9Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

So isn’t it enough to believe on JESUS then we will be saved? Many have taken Acts 16:30-31 to teach all that is needed for salvation is to believe that Jesus Christ is the savior in order to be saved. It is definitely true that an individual must believe that Jesus is the Savior in order to be saved. However, Paul, who spoke these words in Acts 16, has some further teaching on the subject in Romans 10:13-15.

Now that you are in Christ you should become a new creature 2 Corinthians 5:17 all of the old sins you enjoyed should pass away. In other words you will not enjoy what you did in your prior life. Christians are brand-new people on the inside. The Holy Spirit gives them new life, and they are NOT the same anymore. We are not reformed, rehabilitated, or reeducated—we are new creations, living in vital union with Christ Colossians 2:6-7. We are not merely turning over a new leaf; we are beginning a new life under a new Master.

We see the necessary steps to obtain salvation/eternal life through Christ Jesus. My question to you is does your life reflect this new perspective? Have you been born again? Are you still a slave to sin? Please use the word of GOD to discern your heart/spirit. There are too many in the body of Christ who doesn’t understand what it means to be born again, to walk in the Spirit and not fulfill the lust of the flesh.  It is vital that the body of Christ understands God’s plan for salvation so we can move past the elementary teachings and become disciples for Jesus.

Forbidding to Marry

1 Timothy 4:1-3 (KJV)

Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.

The Apostle Paul inspired by the Holy Spirit provided us with signs to look for in the latter times.

Here are some things the Apostle says will happen in the “latter days:”

  1. Departure from the faith
  2. Give Heed to Seducing Spirits and doctrines of devils
  3. Speak hypocritical lies; having their conscience seared
  4. Forbidding to marry
  5. Abstaining from meats

Please keep in mind this epistle was written to Christians, not to the WORLD. That means everything listed will be found in the church. The issue that has been bothering me lately is the “forbidding to marry”. Lately I have met people who’d rather date for years without making a commitment before GOD.

When the topic of marriage comes up the person gets cold feet or second guess spending their life with the person they are with. I have recently spoken to people who are literally fearful of marriage due to family members or friends divorcing. These individuals fear the worse which causes them to run from the thought of commitment.
What could be the driving force behind someone having a “fear of marriage”? Hath GOD given us a spirit of fear? God Forbid!! (2nd Timothy 1:7). Instead of fear God gives us a sound mind, power and love. The kind of fear that brings us into Bondage is only from satan and not from GOD. (God only requires Godly Fear-The fear of the Lord).

1st John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

So to forbid marriage is to forbid what GOD ordained /God’s will for our lives. Unless someone is A Eunuch they will have natural desires of the flesh. This is why the Apostle Paul says in (1Cor 7:9) it is better to marry than to burn with lust. Isn’t it just like satan to keep this generation afraid of marriage But they are NOT afraid of fornication.

Fornication brings illegitimate babies, sexually transmitted diseases, soul-ties and so much more. This was not God’s original plan; marriage was. Remember satan is the author of confusion. He cannot create anything he can only infringe upon what our father created.

This is why we have same sex marriage, fornication, bestiality and every perversion under the sun. He has to take what GOD ordained and pervert it. (Check out the below article I found pretty interesting).
“Five Reasons My Generation is not getting Married”

Marriage is a covenant (Gen 2:24) (which is a pact or agreement between two or more parties) that is made between a man and a woman with the intention of it lasting for a lifetime (Mal. 2:16). Marriage is a very serious commitment through which mutual trust and fidelity is offered between a man and a woman. It is also the covenant in which children are brought forth.

Marriage also represents the relationship of Christ and the Church (Ephesians 5:25-33) the Apostle Paul calls this A “great mystery” The husband portrays a servant leader, laying down his life within the marriage relationship as Christ did for the Church. The wife follows her husband’s lead, submitting to his leadership out of her own free will. This represents the Body of Christ’s response to the Head of the Church, Jesus Christ.

So, why get married? Marriage is a picture of the glorious relationship between the Savior of mankind and His people. Marriage portrays the beauty and the truth of the eternal relationship we have with God. It is a true blessing from God.

  • Finding A good wife will allow you to obtain favour of the Lord: Proverbs 18:22
  • Let thy fountain be blessed: and rejoice with the wife of thy youth Proverbs 5:18
  • A prudent wife is from the Lord Proverbs 19:14

We are in A spiritual war 24/7 rather we like it or not. As Christians we must exercise the authority Jesus left us while we are here on earth. There is a real enemy walking around seeking whom he may devour. (1st Peter 5:8) This is why our father in heaven provided us with spiritual armor. Ask yourselves “why do we need spiritual armor if we are not at war?” (Ephesians 6:10-18).

The kingdom of GOD has been deeply entrenched in a spiritual war. Like many other wars there are no neutrals, you are forced to support one side or the other.

There is a cost to follow Jesus and unless we bear our cross, and follow him we cannot be his disciple (Luke 14:27). If we are going to be a disciple of Jesus Christ we must utilize all of our weapons of warfare. If we are not utilizing our weapons of warfare, we will live a defeated Christian life. You should want to fight those attacks the enemy sends your way. Stop allowing the enemy to beat you at this spiritual war.

 A few weapons of warfare

Praise- Perfect praise SILENCES the enemy and the avenger.

The word of GOD (sword of truth) – When Jesus was tempted in the wilderness by Satan (Luke 4:1-13), He overcame the devil using the one weapon of THE WORD OF GOD.

The Blood of Jesus- Revelation 12:13 “They overcame him [the devil] by the blood of the lamb, by the word of their testimony, and they loved not their own lives unto death”

Prayer– We are told to pray without ceasing.

The power of our testimonyRev 12:13

The name of JESUS-The NAME OF JESUS is the AUTHORITY we have as we submit to Jesus Christ.

Fasting- Jesus fasted in the wilderness (in those days he ate nothing), and Satan came at the end of it to test Him. By speaking the Word in the face of great pressure Jesus defeated Satan and was qualified to move in the power of the Holy Spirit as a MAN. In this way He was our perfect example in all things.

It is also important to study Ephesians 6:10-18 We must use every piece of armor to resist Satan’s attacks and to stand true to GOD in the midst of those attacks.

Armor pieces:

  • Belt of Truth
  • Breastplate of Righteousness
  • Shoes of peace (Spread the good news)
  • Shield of Faith
  • Helmet of Salvation
  • Sword of Truth (Word of God)

We must continue to commune with GOD daily as he is pouring out his Spirit upon all flesh in these last days. Remember we have power over the kingdom of darkness!

Take back your authority in JESUS name!

Luke 10:19 (KJV) Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
